Our Planned Business Continuity
JEMTEQ operate flexible working so that all office-based employees are now able to work from home.
This has been strengthened considering recent events with the Covid-19 virus pandemic.
As of the 27th March 2020 we will be looking at ways to limit all travel and direct contact with clients, customers and supply chain in line with current Government guidance. This includes all direct and indirect JEMTEQ engineering teams currently working on site. As such, as from 16:00hrs on Friday 27th March 2020 all engineers will be working reduced hours in line with current Government guidance.
JEMTEQ are recommending that all new project start dates are deferred until the government advise that it is safe to return to work.
All employees can be contacted via their usual email address and telephone numbers and when the office line is unmanned, the calls will be forwarded as usual. All emergency call outs phoned through to our office will be prioritised and only where life safety is in question will an engineer be dispatched.
We will keep monitoring our arrangements to reflect emerging guidance and will update our clients, contacts etc via LinkedIn and via direct email contact.
These are difficult and unprecedented times; our team is focussed on delivering our services where critical but to also recognise the wider global need to beat this virus.
